The only advantage is the location of this "residenza"as it is called! It is definitely not a hotel..However,central,excellent location.
It is way too expensive for its value.Very old elevator, old in general,it seems too different in the pictures. The shower is awful.

Location was excellent; room was very big
Staff was not helpful; no hot water and the elevator did not work when we arrived. We had to carry our three bags up many flights of stairs and the hotel staff did not offer to help us. Walls were paper thin.

Location only!
Is nothing like it presents at the pictures ,the towels were dirty twice ,some members of the staff where not polite at all...when we complained they answered us, that if we are not satisfied we have nothing to do but live!! I would not recomend it to anyone!

This is very handy to the bus and walking to the spanish steps there are plenty of shops and cafes just out side the front door.Don't judge a book by its cover when we arrived we wondered what the hell have we come to but once up on to the 2nd floor it is another story. The entrance hall is scary but really nice once you are booked in.also a beautful breakfast.Would use this place again if ever in Rome.
The coridor to the lift, was dirty and grubby needs a good clean.

From our point of view the hotel was excellently located right next to the Piazza del Popolo, with a regular bus service running down the Via del Corso to Piazza Ventzia and on past the forum and Palatine area to the Colosseum and beyond.

Small but in excellent location for sightseeing and shopping, very clean, close to Flaminio metro station! I would certainly visit it again!
I would prefer to have fresh bread in breakfast (ie. Panini as traditional italian) - not only toast bread and egg omelette. Not big variety in breakfast, but everything it was there was in good quality.

Staff. Clean rooms. Location.
No regular internet access even at the Lobby. There is certainly no internet access in the rooms!

This is a small residenza on the second floor of a town house. The location off Piazza del Popolo is perfect - street is pedestrian-ised so very little traffic. The staff were all extremely helpful and could not have been more friendly. The double room was a good size and there was very little noise of any kind. The bed was very comfortable so a good nights sleep was had. We asked for extra towels as the ones provided were small and they were delivered in minutes. There was plenty of storage space in the wardrobe with proper coat hangers rather than the tired bent wire ones you often get. The bathroom was a good size with built in shower. Rooms seem to be cleaned every day. Continental breakfast is provided within the rate which saves at least 15/20 Euros per head compared to local cafe prices. There is a small lift which is ok for two people and avoid lugging suitcases etc up quite a few flights of stairs
The shower is a bit on the weak side - probably due to low water pressure and that is most likely a feature of the age of the building - a minor trade off.
